How long does a review of a contract take?

Our reviews take between 4 to 5 working days unless you order the expedited delivery options. We offer a 3-day expedited delivery option and a 24hr rush delivery option. The 24hr rush delivery option needs to be ordered before 1PM EST in order for it to be delivered.

 

What does the review entail?

We offer 3 types of review services:

  • Review: We will point out to you, by way of comments inserted into the agreement all the points of concern that need to be brought to your attention, coupled with issues that we believe you should potentially push back on or change.
  • Redline: We will review and redline and highlight all the points of concern that need to be brought to your attention, coupled with issues that we believe you should potentially push back on or change.
  • Renegotiate: We will review, redline and highlight all the points of concern that need to be brought to your attention, coupled with issues that we believe you should potentially push back on or change.  We will also draft a new agreement for you to counter negotiate up to two revisions.

 

 

Do you get to consult with the expert after the review?

If you select the optional extra of an online consult with your professional, you will have access to a 15-minute phone consultation to discuss the review once it has been conducted.

 

What states does your review service cover?

We operate globally and should be able to review your contract no matter where it is from. In the off chance that we cannot assist, we will provide a full refund.

 

By what time do I need to order to rush my contract review?

To receive your contract review within 24 hours, you will need to order the optional extra same day delivery service before 1PM EST.

 

Can I speak with someone before I pay and upload if I have questions.

A virtual consult and /or 30-minute call is available for $250.00. You can schedule your phone consultation via Calendly. 

 

Can I email my inquiries to the contact email for a response?

When emailing correspondence, you must enter your order number and full contact information so that we can identify your contract request. If you haven't uploaded a contract, your email may take up to 2-3 business days to be addressed. 

 

How can I request a refund?

The process is simple. Please contact customer service within 3 business days to request a refund with specific details regarding the request. We will review your request and follow-up with any questions. If your request is approved, you should receive a refund less processing fee within 5-7 business days.
